Westley Swihart has spent the past 10 years working in senior living and has had the opportunity to work in just about every department along the way. From supporting residents on the floor to leading communities, those experiences shaped how he approaches leadership today - with respect for the people doing the work and a focus on making sure residents feel truly cared for.
Memory care is deeply meaningful to Westley, both personally and professionally. He understands that when families place a loved one in a community, they are placing a tremendous amount of trust in the team caring for them. His goal is to be present, approachable, and supportive for both residents and their families.
Westley believes the best communities are built on compassion, teamwork, and creating moments of joy every day. He is committed to building a strong team, supporting families through the journey, and helping create a community where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home.
